Terms of Use

1. About These Terms

Vhandar is an online grocery, liquor and HORECA supply service in Nepal, run by Vhandar Merchandise Private Limited. By using www.vhandar.com or our apps, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Vhandar.

2. Definitions

• You / Customer: anyone who browses or orders on Vhandar.
• Business account (V4B): a customer account verified as a business through Vhandar For Business.
• Vendor: a business that supplies products to Vhandar through our seller portal.
• We / Us / Vhandar: Vhandar Merchandise Private Limited.

3. Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's consent, to create an account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Profile.

4. Business Accounts

• Apply from your customer account with your business details and VAT or PAN number. We verify every application and may approve or reject it.
• Each VAT or PAN number can be used for one business account only.
• Business accounts see business prices and delivery windows. We may deactivate a business account if its details are no longer valid; it then returns to a normal customer account.

5. Products and Prices

• Prices, offers and stock can change at any time. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
• Product photos and descriptions are for guidance; packaging may vary from what is shown.
• Alcohol: alcoholic drinks are sold only to people aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age at delivery and won't hand over alcohol if it can't be shown.

6. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error; if so, we'll let you know and you won't pay for what we can't supply.
• You can cancel an order yourself from My Orders while it is still Pending. After that, please contact us.

7. Payment

• Cash on Delivery: pay when your order arrives.
• Your total includes the products, any delivery charge shown at checkout, and any tip you choose to add for the delivery partner.

8. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery options, times and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Please give an accurate address and phone number; we aren't responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

9. Returns and Refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds follow our Return Policy.

10. Fair Use

• Don't use Vhandar for anything illegal or fraudulent.
• Don't try to disrupt the website, access other people's accounts, or copy our content or data by automated means.
• Don't post or send anything harmful, threatening, defamatory or obscene, for example in feedback or reviews.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Vhandar, including text, images, logos and software, belongs to Vhandar or its suppliers and is protected by law. Don't reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

We work to keep Vhandar running smoothly and accurately, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Nepali law.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest change. Using Vhandar after a change means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, and disputes go to the courts of Nepal.
